Arrest Made in Deadly Hit-and-Run Incident

On Nov. 22, 2024, Columbus Police Officers responded to the 3700 block of Veterans Parkway (Express Food Mart) in reference to an armed robbery.
Upon arrival, officers learned that an unknown Black male entered the store,
brandished a firearm and struck the store clerk with his fists. The suspect then took an undetermined amount of cash before leaving the scene.
The suspect is described as follows:
• 6 feet tall with a medium build
• Wearing a black jacket with yellow sleeves, blue T-shirt and black pants
