Columbus State University has named 1,205 undergraduate students to its Fall 2024 President’s List and Dean’s Lists. This represents more than 19.6 percent of all fall undergraduate students.
The President’s List represents the pinnacle of academic achievement and recognizes undergraduate students who achieved a minimum 3.80-semester grade point average in at least 12 semester credit hours during the fall. It includes 799 students—more than 13 percent of the university's fall undergraduate enrollment: 211 from the College of the Arts, 175 from the Turner College of Business & Technology, 149 from the College of Education & Health Professions, 229 from the College of Letters & Sciences, and 35 dual-enrolled high school students, undeclared students or those from the University College.
In addition, 55 students on the list also are enrolled in the Honors College.
The Dean’s Lists represent an elite group of undergraduate students who have excelled in the classroom by earning a minimum 3.60-semester GPA in at least 12 semester credit hours during the fall.
The Dean’s Lists include 406 students—more than 6.6 percent of its fall undergraduate enrollment: 95 from the College of the Arts, 89 from the Turner College of Business & Technology, 76 from the College of Education & Health Professions, 135 from the College of Letters & Sciences, and 11 dual-enrolled high school students, undeclared students or those from the University College.
In addition, 19 students on the list also are enrolled in the Honors College.
